North Mayo MABS is seeking to recruit a full-time (35 hours per week) Administrator – Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/18

The Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) is a national, free, confidential and independent service, providing advice and support to people in debt or in danger of getting into debt. Each MABS company is rooted within the communities they serve and staff work with clients to enable them to cope with immediate debt problems and assist them to develop good money management skills.

The Role

Administrators play a pivotal role in MABS. The Administrator will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the company, as required for the effective and efficient operation of the service.

The position will be located in North Mayo MABS, Cualgara, Teeling St., Ballina, Co. Mayo.

Salary Scale

The Administrator’s salary scale is currently €27,844 to €41,093 (including two long serving increments). It is anticipated that new entrants to the MABS service will be appointed on the 1st point of the scale. Incremental credit, should it be awarded, will be assessed on the basis of the information contained in the application form and cover letter at time of submission.
