These are the types of debts that can be included in a Debt Relief Notice application. They include debts to a bank, credit union, credit card, catalogue company or licensed moneylender or arrears owed in rent or to a utility company. To apply for a Debt Relief Notice, you must have €35,000 or less of Qualifying Debts.
